Vinyasa Yoga demo class
There will be a Vinyasa Yoga demo class on December 6, 08 Saturday at 7:00-8:00pm to be facilitated by Ms. Lauren Sorkin, a certified yoga instructor of Yogafit Inc., from Mount Pleasant Community Yoga at Washington.
Lauren is also a dance instructor from the Dance Institute of Washington, and trained in London (Modern Ballet Technique). She also performed and competed in different styles of dance like ballet, hip hop, jazz, and lyrical in New Jersey, USA.
